1. Using the service
These terms apply to your use of Nano Banana 2.1. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data and our Refund Policy explains billing questions and refunds. Use the service only where you can legally accept these terms.
2. What the service provides
Nano Banana 2.1 is an independent web application for generating and editing images with Google's Nano Banana image models. We do not run the models ourselves: requests are sent to a third-party AI provider that serves them. The models offered (for example Nano Banana 2.1, Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana 2 Lite and Nano Banana) are listed in the model picker with what each one runs on.
Nano Banana 2.1 is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. "Nano Banana" and "Google" are trademarks of their owner and are used here only to name the models the service calls. Model availability, processing time and supported settings can change, and the service does not guarantee any particular result.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in method (your Google account) secure. You are responsible for requests made through your account. Do not share access to evade usage limits or use another person's identity. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized activity.
4. Plans, renewal and one-time purchases
The pricing page lists the available plans and credit packs. Subscriptions renew at the selected interval (monthly or yearly) until canceled; credit packs are one-time purchases. The checkout page shows the amount and applicable charges before you pay. You can review your plan, payment history and cancellation options in your account.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.
5. Credits
- Each image costs a fixed number of credits that depends on its resolution. The cost is shown before you create it.
- Credits are bought as credit packs or included with a monthly plan. New accounts also get a one-time bonus of free credits that expires after 7 days. Credits expire as shown in your credit history, and credits from different sources are used soonest-expiring first.
- Credits are spent when a request starts. If the request fails, is blocked by the safety filter or times out, the credits are returned automatically.
- A result that works but does not match your expectations is not a technical failure.
- Credits are an account entitlement, not money: they cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual images of real people, impersonation, harassment or material that infringes another person's rights. Requests are checked by the AI provider's and the model's own safety systems and may be blocked. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, resell access or bypass usage limits. Violations may lead to restricted access or account closure.
7. Your content and AI output
You must have the rights to anything you upload, including reference images. You allow the service and its third-party AI providers to process your prompts and reference images to fulfil your requests. Rights in generated images are also governed by the model owner's terms for the model: check them, and any third-party rights, before you publish or use an output commercially. Different users may receive similar outputs.
8. Availability and changes
Maintenance, provider outages and model changes may affect the service. Keep your own copies of work that matters to you. We may change features and will publish updated terms when necessary; continued use after an update means you accept it.
9. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings; an active subscription is canceled first. Records we must keep by law (for example payment records) may be retained after deletion.
10. Responsibility
Use your own judgement when relying on generated content. The service is provided without a guarantee that outputs are accurate, unique or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
